Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Lullaby, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you are creating an account on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and that you consent to these terms on their behalf.

Lullaby is a personalized bedtime story platform that allows you to:

• Create and manage characters for your child’s stories
• Generate unique bedtime stories using AI
• Listen to stories with browser-based narration
• Build a personal story library
• Manage your subscription and billing

We strive to keep Lullaby available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

• You must provide a valid email address and a secure password
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — do not share login credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account
• Children do not create their own accounts — parents or guardians manage all content

Free plan

The free plan includes limited access to story creation and features. Usage limits (stories per day, character count, library size) may apply and can change.

Premium plans

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page or Stripe customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then

Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing issue, please contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to resolve it.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their next renewal.

Your content

Characters, story prompts, and preferences you create belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Lullaby service.

Generated stories

Stories generated by Lullaby are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may read, share, and enjoy them with your family. We do not claim ownership of generated stories, but we cannot guarantee their uniqueness or originality.

Our content

The Lullaby brand, website design, illustrations, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

When using Lullaby, you agree not to:

• Submit prompts intended to generate violent, sexual, hateful, or otherwise harmful content
• Attempt to bypass content safety filters or age-appropriateness checks
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Access the service through automated means (bots, scrapers) beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or create fraudulent accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Lullaby is designed for children. All story prompts and generated content pass through safety filters to ensure age-appropriate material. However:

• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results
• We encourage parents to review stories, especially for younger children
• If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it to us immediately

Lullaby is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or educational value of AI-generated stories

• By you: You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. This will permanently remove your characters, stories, and personal data.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity (12+ months with no login).

Upon termination, active subscriptions will be cancelled and no further charges will be made.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hungary, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide you with a more favorable forum.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of Lullaby after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
